Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?

I ASK THAT CLIENTS ATTEND ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF INTO THE INSPECTION TO GIVE ME TIME TO GET THROUGH THE BULK OF THE INSPECTION WITH NO DISTRACTIONS.

Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?

DO NOT INVITE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THE INSPECTION. IT IS AN INSPECTION, NOT A SHOWING. THE MORE DISTRACTIONS THERE ARE, THE HIGHER THE ODDS ARE FOR AN INADEQUATE INSPECTION.
